Q-EPEA CONGRESS 2018: PEOPLE, FUTURE

Every two years, public institutions taking part of Q-epea give us a challenge with the shape of a Congress. In 2018, we had the chance to take part, from the inside, in the design of the future administrations. It was in Bilbao, on the 24th and 25th of May, and we could enjoy the complicity and kindness of a great number of experts.

Our job consisted on accompanying Q-epea and the Organising Committee of this encounter, with the design and development of all actions: presentations, discussions, workshops, interviews… We coordinated tasks such as the graphic design (with Estudio Doble), communication, digital strategy (with Komunikatik), launching, etc., and we acted as a bridge with the Technical Secretariat (TISA).

Within a context of deep changes such as the one that we are living in, we may wonder: Which are the challenges that administrations face nowadays? To which extent must their inner innovation process reach? How much must Society contribute? Which agents need to be involved in the process?

After two days of debate, proposals and “creative agitation”, community participation and people’s leadership came up as the main core ideas to work on.
