APPA ZARAUTZ, NEW CONNECTIONS WITH CITIZENSHIP

We have started 2023 with the design and implementation of Appa Zarautz, a pilot project of the City Council aimed at young people, to publicise its Strategic Plan 2030, and involve them in the future of Zarautz, which aims to promote the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals in the municipality. 

Through the “Appa Zarautz” application, in this first edition the project took the form of a competition which, between 1 and 18 March, saw the participation of 1,000 people through 7 daily questions related to the day-to-day life and future of the municipality (culture, leisure, demographics, Basque, nature or curiosities, among others). Appa Zarautz concluded on 24 March with a Kilometre 0 prize draw at the Modelo cinema, with the participation of several of the influencers involved in the dissemination of the initiative. 

Linking Ideas, in close collaboration with the City Council, contributed to the design of the action, the development of its corporate image and the total content, as well as the design and implementation of the communication strategy. A successful pilot edition that has opened the door to future initiatives aimed at all the citizens of Zarautz.
