Since 2021, we have been sharing spaces for reflection and planning with DOMINION’s Corporate Area to help define the complete roadmap of its communication strategy. Technology at the service of the transformation of all types of businesses is the value proposition of this Basque-born company, which has been global since its beginnings. We have worked on the bases of its Culture, Vision and Mission, and analysed the internal structure to propose a communication management model shared by all divisions.
A company of this size has presented us with great challenges, such as incorporating the diversity of divisions into a single proposal, generating coordination and planning processes, etc. We have learned that conversations are a powerful tool to accompany industrial businesses that seek disruption, efficiency and sustainability.
